As part of our Refrigeration division, and reporting to the Refrigeration Manager WA, the position includes the following responsibilities:
Refueling and checking of all inbound containers
Refueling and checking of all Loaded containers in the Intermodal Park and Cross dock Facility.
Refueling and checking of all company Pans & Trailers.
Effective time management to ensure Refueling and checking of all containers are completed
Fill out Drivers Daily Worksheets, pallet details, amendments, or additions
Perform general housekeeping of the Prime Movers, Trailers & SCT & Customers premises
Achieve impeccable safe driving record
Ensure all paperwork is handed in daily, and compliance within MT DATA application.
Performing vehicle pre-start checks. Reporting any defects / safety concerns to supervisor – Both within MT Data environment and manually.
Comply with all site requirements and such other matters as may be directed by the Company
As a HC Truck Driver - this role may also be expected to:
Delivery and pick up of general freight in and around Perth metropolitan areas.
Travelling to various customers sites and preparing trucks to be unloaded/loaded, opening of rear doors (use of ratchet straps/opening curtains or gates when required).
Effective time management to ensure timeslots are met
Securing and restraining loads in a safe manner as per operational requirements. In line with company standards and government regulations.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
Current HC drivers license
Current commercial driver medical
Current commercial driver fatigue completion certificate (completed in last 3 years)
Operate Refrigeration equipment and containers, and refuelling experience.
Impeccable safe driving record and commitment to creating a safe work environment
